Sana ASLAM
"I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan. Driven by my passion for chemistry and research, I pursued the MESC+ joint master's program, which took me to France, Slovenia, and Poland. I completed my master's thesis at Solvay in Paris, where I developed a keen interest in the field of battery research. This led me to apply for the DESTINY MSCA PhD program, focusing on solid-state batteries—a perfect blend of my chemical engineering and electrochemistry background. Currently, I am conducting my PhD research at LGC and CIRIMAT in Toulouse, in collaboration with Umicore. The DESTINY program is an all-encompassing opportunity that enhances my scientific expertise through comprehensive training and connects me with a vast network of battery technology professionals through annual meetings."
